Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn has always had a keen interest in science and technology both as an intellectual pursuit and as a means of enhancing the quality of life for Thai people.
     The Information Technology Foundation under the Initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (PSIT), in response to Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, brings the knowledge of Science and Technology to promote the development of science and technology capabilities in Thailand.
     The science and technology projects under the initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn can be grouped into four categories:        

        I. Development of Manpower in Science and Technology

        II. Science and Technology for Research

        III. Science and Technology to Improve Education and Quality of Life

        IV. IT for Education and Development of the Underprivileged
